This mixture is great for a filling in a burrito, or dehydrated and served as a seed burger. It’s got a nice balance of veggies and nuts/seeds, while carrying good flavor and a bit of a kick. Double this recipe and save it in the fridge for up to a week.
Add some cilantro if everyone you’re serving likes this polarizing herb.
You may need to add some moisture to this to make this combine well. Try water or even some salsa if you want a little more flavor/kick.
Instead of salt, use nutritional yeast if you want to add a slightly cheesy element. Or use kelp powder to make it lean towards a fish taco.
No dehydrated tomato? Just use a fresh one and add less water.
