raw taco meatThis mixture is great for a filling in a burrito, or dehydrated and served as a seed burger. It’s got a nice balance of veggies and nuts/seeds, while carrying good flavor and a bit of a kick. Double this recipe and save it in the fridge for up to a week.

  1. Combine all ingredients in food processor and mix until well combined but not totally uniform. Everything should hold together and not be too crumbly.
  2. If you are going to make seed burger, spread mixture on dehydrator about 3/4 – 1 inch think and score into burger sizes squares.

Add some cilantro if everyone you’re serving likes this polarizing herb.

You may need to add some moisture to this to make this combine well. Try water or even some salsa if you want a little more flavor/kick.

Instead of salt, use nutritional yeast if you want to add a slightly cheesy element. Or use kelp powder to make it lean towards a fish taco.

No dehydrated tomato? Just use a fresh one and add less water.
